This policy explains what personal information Rahmani Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, and who it is and is not shared with. It covers our website and our private telephone and SMS message-forwarding service.
Call and message records are used solely to operate and maintain the forwarding service: routing an incoming call or text to the intended recipient, notifying the account owner that a call or message arrived, and keeping a private log so missed contacts can be reviewed. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not profile or score individuals with it.
No mobile information is sold or shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Access is limited to the account owner. We use third-party service providers strictly to deliver the service — a telecommunications carrier to place and receive calls and messages, an email delivery provider to send notifications to the account owner, and our web host to store records. These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order.
Call and message records, including recordings, are retained in a private log for as long as the forwarding service is in operation. You may ask us to delete records relating to your number at any time using the contact details below.
You can stop receiving forwarded text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from one of our numbers. See our SMS Terms of Service for details. You may also contact us to have your number removed from the service entirely, or to request a copy of, or the deletion of, the records we hold about you.
The call log is stored on an access-controlled server and is protected by authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Where a minor places or receives a forwarded call or message, it is with the knowledge and consent of their parent or guardian.
